Over the years, Shana Simmons had planned many crowned events for friends, colleagues, and acquaintances. However, the idea of starting Crème de la Royale came to her while planning her own wedding in 2008. Shana’s knack for designing and orchestrating dazzling celebratory events and her reputation for dynamic customer service is what has enabled Crème de la Royale to eclipse many other companies in the industry. When planning and designing events, Shana is inspired by the passion and desires expressed by her clients. She has a keen eye for quality and never settles for less than the best when selecting vendors with whom to collaborate for her client’s events.

While employed as a buyer and procurement manager, Shana developed superior negotiation and budgeting skills that help her to excel as a planner. She has established strong relationships with many vendors in the industry allowing her to create a solid foundation on which to construct ravishing and extraordinary events. With her natural talents, drive, and expertise, Shana Rodgers impacts the event planning industry in royal fashion, one marvelous event at a time!

Wendy is the marketing arm of Crème de la Royale but more importantly she holds down a very crucial element in our Mission Statement “we will provide outstanding customer service”. Wendy ensures this with her vast experience in this arena and knows how to deliver world-class customer service.

She brings thirteen years of customer service along with ten years of management experience to ensure that Crème de la Royale’s clients are always smiling from the first meeting to the end of their important event. She has great organizational skills coupled with a tendency toward perfection which is a necessity in our business. After many years of working for a major corporation Wendy has brought her tremendous skills to the Crème de la Royale team.

With an exceptional eye for fashion it doesn't come as any surprise that Erin developed into an incredible hair stylist. In her eight year career, Erin has worked with a multitude of brides and their courts in preparation for their big wedding day. Her fastidious technical skills, dedication and eye for quality get her high praise from her clients.

Erin performs well under pressure and always delivers above the clients' expectations. Since graduating from Citrus College's Cosmetology Program with honors, Erin has continually upgraded her knowledge and skills in this challenging field. Erin used her eye for fashion, people skills, and coordination to add event planning to her repertoire. This was a natural extension of her great talent thus providing Crème de la Royale with a very diverse team player.
